Are you an energetic, proactive Teaching Assistant looking for your next long-term role in a supportive primary school?

Sanza Teaching Agency is working with a large 'Good' Ofsted-rated primary school in Enfield that is looking to appoint enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their team this September.

The Role:

You will be:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Assisting children with additional learning needs
• Helping to deliver engaging classroom activities
• Working closely with class teachers to support progress
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am - 4:00pm
• Full-time, long-term role starting September

Pay:

• £95 per day (PAYE)
• Pay increase after 12 weeks in placement

• Outgoing, confident, and proactive individuals
• Passionate about supporting children's learning
• Experience in schools, childcare, or youth work (desirable)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
