Profile

You’ll receive all your login details via an email from hello@twrecruitment.com, so you’ll have everything you need to access the app and get started right away.

You don’t have to do anything just yet - we’ll let you know as soon as the app is live and send over your login details.

To update notifications, please adjust your settings through your device’s usual system settings, allowing Tradewind Education app access. Here is a step by step guide:

  1. Open your device’s system settings.
  2. Go to Notifications.
  3. Find and select Tradewind Education from the list of apps.
  4. Turn on "Allow Notifications".

No! Although we have endeavoured to create an app that makes working with us as seamless as possible, we understand that not all our school partners want to work this way. You can also access our services through the desktop version of our app or via email and phone.

Our goal is to make things as seamless as possible for you and your team; we’re more than happy to work with your preferences.

By clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner of the home screen, you’ll be taken to the ‘My Profile’ section of the app, where you can update all your contact details and personal information.

Yes. Each user should have their own login so that bookings and approvals can be tracked accurately. We can set up as many users for your school as needed.

If you ever have trouble logging in, simply email apphelp@twrecruitment.com, and one of our team members will reset your login details for you.

Booking Educators

Click the “Request an Educator” icon on your home page. This will take you to the booking page, where you can fill in the necessary details to ensure we find the most suitable educator for your vacancy.

 

Once the request form is completed and submitted, the Tradewind team will receive the details and work on filling your request as soon as possible. When filled, the booking will appear in your “My Day at a Glance” section, where you can view all current and upcoming bookings for your school.

As soon as the booking is received, we’ll reach out to let you know that we’re working on it, and once confirmed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation including the educator’s compliance details.

You can see any bookings you’ve requested directly in the app. Pending shifts now show up in ‘My Day at a Glance’, so schools can easily see what’s been requested even if it hasn’t been filled yet.

Yes you can. If there are Tradewind educators you’ve met before and would prefer for a specific shift, simply enter their names into the ‘Notes’ section. We’ll do our best to secure them for you! You can also use this section to share any additional information about the position or class to help us find the most suitable educator possible.

Not at present. However, we understand that requests and needs can change. If you ever need to make changes, please contact your dedicated consultant or email the Tradewind team at info@twrecruitment.com.

Yes. After each shift, you can rate the educator. Those rated as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’ will be added to your ‘Top Candidates’ list, which you can find under ‘My Day at a Glance.’ You can then easily request these preferred educators for future bookings.”

If an educator has not met your expectations, we’ll follow up directly with them. Our goal is to ensure this rarely happens — but we also appreciate that not every educator is the right fit for every school. Your feedback helps us improve matching, training, and professional development, so please complete it whenever possible!

There’s no cut-off time to request an educator. As soon as the team receives a request, we’ll work to fill it as quickly as possible and update you on who will be coming to your school.

You can use the ‘Request an Educator’ booking form to request both daily and long-term educators. However, we understand that longer-term placements may require additional details beyond what the ‘Notes’ section allows. If you’d like to discuss your requirements in more detail, please reach out to your dedicated consultant directly or email info@twrecruitment.com with the specifics.

Timesheets and Approvals

On the home screen, click into the ‘Pending Timesheets’ section of the app. All users with admin access will be able to view pending timesheets for educators that need approval.

You can use the “Reject” button and notes section to highlight any details that are incorrect or need clarification before approval.

Educators will submit their timesheets at the end of each shift. We ask that you please approve timesheets by the end of the day on Monday for the previous week. We understand that school life can, and should, take precedence, so if you’re ever unable to approve on time, please let us know and the team will reach out to assist with the approval process.
