Profile
You’ll receive your login details via an email from hello@twrecruitment.com. Use the username provided in the email to set your password. After that, you won’t need to log in again.
You don’t have to do anything just yet - we’ll let you know as soon as the app is live and send over your login details.
To change notification preferences, update your device’s system settings to allow notifications from the TWS Education app. Here is a step-by-step guide:
- Open your device’s system settings.
- Go to Notifications.
- Find and select TWS Education from the list of apps.
- Turn on "Allow Notifications".
Yes, please! The app is the easiest way to inform us of your availability, submit timesheets, and quickly accept bookings all in one place!
Reach out to your dedicated consultant and they’ll help you set up a process for submitting timesheets and handling all other necessary tasks, so everything, including your pay, stays on track.
Log in to the app, open the menu bar (three lines at the bottom right, and select Profile. Scroll to the bottom, where you can edit your country and time zone accordingly.
If ever you want to update your details, please speak to your dedicated consultant or simply email info@twrecruitment.com and one of the team will take care of that for you.

Jobs
No need to worry—your file has been carried over, and all your information has been retained.
Open the availability tab at the bottom left (it is marked with a calendar icon) and then tap Find Work to see a list of available bookings that you have matched with!
When you find a position you’d like, just click ‘Apply.’ Your information will be sent automatically to the consultant managing the booking.
If you’re accepted for the booking, we’ll send you a push notification and a follow-up email containing all the information you’ll need.
Once you are confirmed for a role you applied for, it will be automatically added to your schedule. You can view your schedule for each day by simply opening the availability tab (bottom left, marked with a calendar icon), and here you can see all your upcoming bookings, including dates, times, and location details.
Available shifts that match your profile will be sent to you via push notification and email. For same-day or long-term bookings, you may also receive a phone call or text message from your consultant.
Bookings are generally expected to be taken in full. If you are unable to work a specific day within a booking, please contact your consultant before accepting. We will review your request and determine if the school will accept partial participation.

Calendar
The calendar icon lets you update your availability, request shifts, and find available work; consider it your Tradewind diary!
- Go to the calendar (top left) tab and select the date you want to update.
- Tap the paper and pad icon in the top right corner.
- Choose your type of availability (e.g., Unavailable)
- Use the All Day toggle if your availability applies for the full day, or toggle it off and set specific hours if only part of the day applies.
You can also add your availability for the same day using the Find Work Today button starting at 5:30 AM if you are not already booked.
To add availability for the following day, use the Find Work Tomorrow button anytime the day before.
These two buttons will become your best friends to grab those last minute bookings!
You can edit or remove your availability the same way you set it. Please note that once a shift is accepted, changes cannot be made through the app. You’ll need to contact your consultant directly to discuss any changes.

Timesheets
Your bank details are submitted during registration, so no action is required in the app. If you haven’t provided them yet or need to update them, please contact your consultant, and they’ll be happy to assist.
You can view your bank details in your profile within the app (found in the menu section on the right!).
Go to the financials tab (bottom middle on the yellow bar) and you’ll see each day you’ve been booked in. Simply click “Submit” if it is correct, and if you need to amend anything, click “Amend” and enter any changes. You can also call your consultant to let them know.
