In March 2026 we ran a survey to gather the thoughts of school leaders about educator retention struggles.
We would like to extend our thanks to all our school partners who took the time to share your perspectives with us. We’re pleased to share that we received almost 1,000 responses and we are now in the process of writing the results into a white paper.
The paper will use data and insights from the survey to inform practical recommendations to support school leaders to address the concerns of educators and create an environment where everyone can thrive.
