Located in Ilford, East London and just 20 minutes from the centre of London this school has been providing an excellent level of education for local students over the past 80 years. This is a modern, dynamic school that is highly regarded within the local area finding itself oversubscribed on a yearly basis. The school has a dynamic leadership team who have ambitious plans for the school to develop further over the coming years, building on their recent success during this years Ofsted inspection where they were awarded an 'Outstanding' grade across all areas. The school achieves highly at both GCSE and A-level with last year's GCSE Art cohort attaining 78% for A to C grades. The school has excellent behaviour throughout and supportive parents. The school has an exceptional NQT induction programme and offers ongoing CPD for all teachers.

Role requirements - Art NQT - Ilford, East London
The school is looking for an Art NQT who is keen to develop into an excellent teacher. The school is aware that it will be early into any NQT's training and will adjust their expectations but what they are looking for is an Art teacher with passion for their subject and a desire to improve and become the best teacher they can be. This school does not have massive amounts of behaviour issues but the confidence to inspire and engage the class is important. The school will be give ongoing support to ensure that you quickly become an 'outstanding' teacher and has an excellent record of developing NQT's (many former NQT's now hold responsibility/management positions).
