*QTS achieved or expected to be achieved prior to September in Secondary Teaching.
*Clear understanding of the principals of effective teaching
*Ability to motivate, engage and progress pupils from all backgrounds
*Understanding of BTEC, GCSE and A-Level teaching
*Excellent subject knowledge
*Desire to be developed into an exceptional teacher
