Tradewind Recruitment are working with a primary school in Sheffield that is seeking a Behaviour Intervention Worker to work with them from September 2020. The successful Behaviour Intervention Worker will be required to working on a one to one basis and small group basis with specific students within the school. Some of the students have severe and complex behavioural needs. The school are looking for a confident, flexible and enthusiastic individual to provide support both in and out of the classroom setting.

The role is in a dynamic primary school based in North Sheffield. They want to create an environment in which children are exciting by their learning and want to come to school. They bring learning to life through experiences. trips and visitors. They have a great reputation within the local community and a welcoming staff team.

Essential requirements:
Experience working with complex behavioural needs desirable, Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant experience, calm and hardworking approach, DBS
