Tradewind are now working in Partnership with a Primary school with a provision for students with Special Educational Needs who are looking for a Mentor who is committed to educating and nurturing pupils with Autism and Communication Difficulties.

The position is for a Full Time, Long Term Behaviour Mentor. The school is based in Barking and Dagenham, East London and has practical transport links from Central, North and East London.

The Teaching Assistant we require should have:
*To become a Mentor, you will need to be positive and enjoy having a laugh
*It is Desirable that as a Mentor, you have a Teaching Assistant background and you have an interest in Psychology and Special Needs
*You will be supporting students in Small Groups with a lot of support from other Teaching Assistants
*All of the classes will also have a Special Needs Teacher leading and guiding you
*The Primary school is Barking and Dagenham and has great transport links
