It is well known that the Manchester office is a lively, target smashing, award winning, ambitious team, and the Candidate Consultant we are looking for needs to have the same attributes.

The Candidate Consultants are the jewel in our crowns, the backbone of our business, and the first (very important) port of call to our candidates.

We are therefore looking for someone with experience resourcing, recruiting and carrying out registration interviews with outstanding candidates. A background in resourcing and recruiting is essential for this role.


The role includes screening, registering and retaining our sound and loyal database of candidates, whilst also building Manchester Tradewind's profile throughout social media.
