Tradewind are working with an excellent school in the East Riding of Yorkshire, who are looking to appoint a temporary cover supervisor, to work on a medium to long term basis. This is a full time booking, which is guaranteed to last until the end of January 2021, and from then on will take place on a rolling monthly contract. You will be covering due to staff absences due to the current situations around schools, and will be staying within a bubble at the school. Payment for this position will be between £65.00 and £70.00 per day, depending on experience. We are looking for a practitioner that can start as soon as possible.

You will be working with a wonderful in a rural location, that caters for villages in the surrounding area. This is a wonderful, charming, medium sized school that caters to some excellent students who are willing to learn. Student behaviour at the school is good, but we are still looking for a strong behaviour manager, who is flexible enough to work across a number of different subject areas.

The school has a large onsite car park that is free to use for all staff, for those that drive. Being midway between Hull and York, it is difficult to access via public transport, but there are buses that run from Hull and York City Centre.
The role:
* Cover a number of different subject areas within the school
* Developing curricular knowledge as required by the school
* Undertaking observations of the pupil and contribute to pupil records
* Abiding by and work towards all the policies within the school e.g. behaviour management, Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities
* Carrying out the above duties in accordance with the Children's Services Department's Equal Opportunities Policy.


Essential requirements:
Experience working in a secondary school
All work with Tradewind requires a DBS on the update service, and collection of at least two verified references.
An up to date CV with a 10 year career history
