Are you highly motivated and a driven Cover Supervisor?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join an Ofsted rated 'Good' Alternative Provision in Preston, starting as soon as possible through to Easter 2020 with the potential of going permanent.

The Alternative Provision in Preston are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to work on a part time/ full-time, long term basis. You will be delivering pre planned lessons set from there class teacher these will be throughout the school from KS3 - KS4, with a maximum of 8 pupils within a class. Pupils have a mixture of behavioural difficulties, ASD, ADHD and SEMH.

The role is to start ASAP, part time/ full-time on a long term temporary contract, working 3 -5 days per week to continue till Easter 2020 with the potential to go permanent.

Essential requirements:
*This OFSTED 'Good' Secondary Alternative Provision looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor.
*Team Teach Trained
*Have excellent communication and behaviour management techniques
*Be confident in dealing with challenging behaviour
*Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Degree Qualified
*Excellent interpersonal skills based on effective communication
*Passion to ensure every pupil succeeds and reaches their full potential
*Experience with working on a group basis
*An awareness of their own strengths and areas for development and a willingness to listen to, reflect constructively and ac upon, as appropriate, feedback from others
*Be able to confidently work as part of the team and independently

The Alternative Provision is based in Preston close links to the motorway and is easily accessible via public transport.
