Tradewind are currently recruiting for an excellent and flexible cover supervisor who is interested in working in a variety of different schools on a flexible basis. We are supporting a large academy in the heart of Scunthorpe who are interested in having a reliable staff member who can become embedded into the heart of the life of the academy, and become the 'first port of call' for all cover bookings. This position would suit an experienced practitioner who has worked as a cover supervisor before, a supply teacher/ex-teacher, or a teaching assistant ready to make the next step in their development and lead classes. You will be working across a variety of different lessons, supporting students with a range of different needs, and for this reason we are looking for a versatile practitioner. Depending on qualifications and experience, the cover supervisor can expect to earn between £60.00 and £140.00 per day for this role.


The School in question is a large Academy with good transport links and a strong sense of community spirit. Being part of an academy chain, they have excellent behaviour management systems and fantastic CPD courses that are available to all supply staff. Your typical working hours will be 8:20 - 2:40PM, meaning the rest of the day is yours!
