** Graduate Cover Supervisor required for all Secondary subjects - Watford, South Hertfordshire.
** Direct roles on the schools pay roll - following a fixed term contract offering - £15,500 to £20,550 based on school and experience.
** Open to experienced cover supervisors, and graduates looking for a career in education or school experience
** School based experience for those considering teaching and further teacher training opportunities.

The Schools -
Located throughout Watford we are working with a variety of Academies and schools looking to improve grades and outcomes for their pupils by employing able and enthusiastic cover supervisors to support at key stages 3 and 4 from the October half term. These forward thinking schools offer the very best continuous staff support, guidance and the opportunity to train for the following year through either a salaried or non-salaried School Centred Initial Teacher Training programme. For Graduates the experience gained at these schools will help support anyone considering teaching or a career in education going forward!

The role will be to work with students in small group or on a one to one basis to help encourage confidence in the subject and progression at every opportunity.
The successful candidates will either have Cover Supervisor or Higher Level Teaching Experience, or a strong academic background. Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for education are integral regardless of experience.
School hours are 8:30-3:30 daily and you could be requested to assist with department meetings or extra curricular activities after school. It is a fully committed rewarding role for the successful applicants.
