Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for both day to day adhoc and long-term Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of Handsworth secondary schools starting from September. The pay rates for daily assignments will range between £80-109 per day, depending on the school and your experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting students across KS3 and KS4, ensuring seamless access to the curriculum and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.

Essential qualifications and qualities for these Cover Supervisor roles:

• Minimum of 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.
• Prior experience working with students aged 11-16.
• A keen interest in education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Enthusiasm, dedication, and adaptability to work with students of varying abilities.
