Tradewind are recruiting! We are currently looking for an excellent Design Technology Teacher to work in a partnership school in Scunthorpe.


Tradewind are currently recruiting for an outstanding Design Technology Teacher for a very popular school in Scunthorpe.

The role is to start ASAP and while the exact contract length is currently unclear, the successful candidate can expect to be working at the school on a long term basis. You will be covering a sickness absence, but will be treated by excellent and supportive staff members as one of the team. All planning and marking associated with a teaching role will be expected of you for this position, and for this reason, payment will be higher than traditional supply teaching roles. The successful candidate can expect to earn between £110.00 and £165.00 per day depending on experience and qualifications. Ideally, we are looking for a practitioner with an engineering/resistant materials specialism, but we would also welcome applications from other technology specialists. Applications from NQTs are welcome, as the school has excellent staff members who can aid your development!

The role:
*Teaching aspects of technology to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
*Planning lessons and assessing work
*Liaising with the head of department to improve lessons and schemes of work
