Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Design Technology Teacher to join a large secondary school, to start in October 2019. This is a full time, long term role, paying up to £160 a day, with the potential of a permanent contract!

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Design Technology Teacher to join a fully supportive and inclusive school.

This OFSTED 'Good' secondary school are looking for a Design Technology Teacher that can deliver an exceptional standard of teaching and learning and has excellent subject knowledge, as well as a great personality for building rapport with staff and students alike. You must be a committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role. You will need to be a collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of the subject through inventive approaches including curriculum design and the use of ICT.

The school is based in Manchester, with excellent public transport links and ample parking available.

As a Design Technology Teacher, you will have the support of a cohesive and committed team of teachers who work collaboratively to maintain high standards and expectations, plus:
