Job Opportunity: Digital Communications & Reprographics Officer

Start Date: Monday 4th September

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Communications & Reprographics Officer to ensure efficient operation of reprographic equipment and enhance our school's digital presence.

Act in the best interests of the school community by fulfilling Professional Responsibilities outlined in STPCD.

Role Overview:

As the Digital Communications & Reprographics Officer, you will be a crucial member of our administrative team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Digital Communications:

Manage and update the college website, showcasing achievements and activities.
Curate and maintain engaging content across various social media platforms.
Collaborate with departments to highlight successes and foster a positive school community.
Utilise digital content and technology to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Reprographics:

Provide high-quality printing, finishing, and photocopying services to all departments.
Manage service workloads to ensure timely delivery of reprographic services.
Maintain copyright compliance and advise on copyright issues.
Design documents using relevant ICT packages.
Manage equipment maintenance and ordering of stationery and supplies.

Health & Safety:

Adhere to Health & Safety policies and comply with safety rules and procedures.
Report sickness, accidents, unsafe conditions, and occurrences as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms.
Proficiency in relevant ICT packages for design and content creation.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Hold an enhanced DBS or be willing to undertake a new one.
