As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a child with challenging behavior, providing one-on-one assistance to ensure their positive development and engagement within the early years group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the teaching staff to create and implement tailored strategies to support the child's learning and behavior.
• Utilize your proactive personality to engage the child in activities that promote learning and social development.
• Monitor and record the child's progress and behavior, providing feedback to the teaching team.
• Work closely with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and other professionals to ensure the child receives the best possible support.

Requirements:

• Experience working within an early years setting is essential.
• Confidence in managing difficult behavior and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, parents, and external professionals.
• A nurturing and patient demeanor, with a passion for supporting children's development.

Salary: £76 to £85 per day (depending on experience).
