Are you currently looking for a new teaching opportunity, and are you keen to lead an additionally resourced nursery provision on a permanent basis from January?
Would you be interested in an Early Years SEN Teacher post based in Barking and Dagenham, where you will be in charge of 16 children who have a range of special educational needs?
The Permanent Team at Tradewind have been approached by a Dagenham School to find an experienced Early Years SEN Teacher to join them on a permanent basis from January. *This Barking and Dagenham nursery has recently been rated by Ofsted to be a 'Good' school, and pupils achieve well and make strong progress throughout the school.
*SLT work closely together to continually improve the school and there is clear guidance from the leaders on how to successfully do this whilst maintaining standards.
*Staff provide students will excellent and individual support, and class teachers and teaching assistants work very well together to ensure needs are met and the children make quick progress.
*Pupils have positive attitudes to learning, and there is a purposeful working atmosphere in lessons because pupils want to do well. From the early years onwards, the children respond well to praise and encouragement and show good levels of perseverance.
*Located in Central Dagenham, the closet tube is Dagenham Heathway which is in a five-minute walking distance from the school on the District Line. Dagenham Dock Train Station is also relatively close to the school and can be accessed on the c2c trains.

*The school is looking for an experienced and inspirational teacher to lead their Nursery Additionally Resourced Provision from January, so applicants must have a proven record in special needs education, as well as being an excellent SEN Teacher.
*The successful candidate for this Early Years SEN Teacher post will have extensive knowledge and understanding of a range of special needs.
*Experience with Autism is highly desirable and all candidates for this Early Years and SEN Teacher post must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*All prospective Early Years SEN Teachers must have QTS and have experience teaching in SEN.
