Are you an Early Years specialist with a passion for making a real difference in a child's life? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at an Outstanding Primary School in Stockport. This unique opportunity involves working in a 1:1 environment with a child who has Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Position: Early Years Specialist - 1:1 Support

Location: Outstanding Primary School in Stockport


  • Strong and confident individual with a deep understanding of Early Years education.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate meaningful interaction with the child and the school community.
  • Experience in supporting children with SEND in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored support and guidance to a child with SEND in a 1:1 environment.
  • Collaborating with school staff and specialists to implement strategies that cater to the child's specific needs.
  • Assisting in the child's academic and social development in the Early Years phase.


  • Early Years specialist with relevant experience.
  • Possession of an active DBS on the update service.
  • Availability for full-time, long-term employment.
