Are you a reliable and dedicated English teacher available for work from Easter or September?
Tradewind Recruitment have been asked by an 11 to 19 secondary school in Central Essex to assist them in finding a qualified English Teacher to join their hard-working team of staff. The successful teacher will be expected to teach the KS3 and KS4 English curriculum with the school offering either a long-term supply agreement until December at least. Following a successful assignment, the position may be extended or become permanent. The school are able to consider experienced English teachers and those who are newly qualified.
This Ofsted rated 'Good with Outstanding' elements school has consistently progressed in recent years. Pupils behaviour is now excellent, they respond promptly to instructions and work well together. There is a calm environment throughout the school with teachers modelling high expectations. Activities are always interesting and teachers use a variety of effective techniques to help students develop their understanding.
The successful English Teacher will be:
Familiar and confident with the planning and delivery of lessons in line with the National Curriculum
A committed and reliable teacher dedicated to the role
Consistently motivated to deliver engaging lessons
An excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
A positive and personable role model for their class

Need to hold QTS or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification
