Are you looking for flexible tuition work, working with GCSE English students?

Tradewind recruitment are working in partnership with council run services, and are need of an excellent and knowledgeable English tutor to work on a 1:1 basis, or a small group basis with students based in a Hull school. Initially, the contract will be for 2 days per week, and payment will be between £26.00 and £30.00 per hour for the hours that you work. This contract will last until at least December 2020, and hours may be variable per week. A relevant qualification in English is essential for this position.

You will be performing tuition/intervention to students who require additional support, catching up with lost learning due to the COVID crisis. We are in need of an extremely knowledgeable practitioner, who can tutor GCSE English, and feel confident and comfortable with all of the topics and syllabus points. A relevant teaching qualification is desirable for this position, as is experience teaching/tutoring in the past. You will be making a huge difference to a students life, and we are looking for a practitioner who is extremely personable and passionate about their subject.


Essential requirements:
Experience working with students aged between 11-18
*Experience working in a similar capacity
*All work with Tradewind is subject to an enhanced DBS check and at least 2 suitable references being obtained.
*All work with Tradewind is subject to submittal of a CV with a 10 year career history
