Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a dynamic, hardworking Female P.E Teacher to join this Ofsted rated "Good" school in St Helens, Merseyside. The school is well linked and is accessible via the M6 and M62 motorways. The position is a temporary, long- term position, from September 2020 until December 2020 but does have the potential to continue.

The school is a hub of its community and very well respected, with a broad and balanced curriculum. The Head Teacher is extremely well respected by staff, pupils and parents. The school also offers an array of extra-curricular activities. Visitors to the school are always warmly welcomed by both staff and students, who both show a sense of pride about their school. I have visited the school on many occasions, and it has such an inviting atmosphere. There is also ample parking available on the school grounds.

The successful candidate will be a passionate and energetic individual who is able to inspire students and encourage them to achieve their goals. The department constantly review and develop the curriculum to meet the needs of their students. They aim to allow students to develop into confident young adults, who lead healthy lifestyles and acknowledge and understand the importance of physical activity. To be a member of this department, you will be expected to fully immerse yourself into the core values of the school and participate fully in extra-curricular activities.

To join us and be successful in this P.E Teacher role you will need to:
*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
*Have experience of teaching P.E to KS3 and 4
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
