Position: Teaching Assistant - general
Location: Denton/Hyde
Focus: Small Group English and Maths Interventions

Requirements Include:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is desirable.
• Strong English and Maths skills, with the ability to support students in these subjects.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm and passion for supporting childrens' learning and development.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working with small groups of students to deliver targeted English and Maths interventions.
• Assisting the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities.
• Providing individualised support to students who may require additional assistance.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback to the class teacher as necessary.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a coordinated approach to student support and development.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
