This South-East London school has modern facilities and a can-do attitude where students are encouraged to get involved with everything on offer to them in the school. The behaviour of students is good and pupils are respectful of their hardworking and dedicated teachers. This Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' school has a superb induction programme and NQTs are trained as a group alongside others across the Federation of schools, enabling teachers to learn from each other and work collaboratively to improve teaching styles. Customised training sessions are provided throughout the year and there is a structure of support from an experienced mentor who will guide you through the induction year to make sure individual needs are met. About the role - Geography NQT - Bexley, South East London

The school is looking for Geography NQTs who can bring superb subject knowledge to the department and innovative new ideas to engage students.
The role would suit a Geography NQT who can teach comfortably to KS4 and offer support and challenge to students of all abilities. The teacher must be able to differentiate and use technology to inspire students and educate them about places around the world.
Having a passion for Case Studies is crucial and it is desirable that the successful candidate can bring news stories into their lessons to keep the curriculum relevant and exciting for students.
This position will be on the teachers' main pay scale on the Outer London Wage, and there will also be an allowance available from the school.
