Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a Geography Teacher to join an Ofsted rated 'Good' school from September. This is a full-time role to start in September 2019, though an earlier start could be arranged for the right candidate.

The Secondary School based in West Essex is accessible from both Hertfordshire and London. The school is determined that every child achieves well and enjoys their education. Behaviour in lessons is good and children eager to learn.

The classrooms are well resourced, allowing teachers to plan creative lessons that inspire their pupils. The SLT will offer the successful candidate great support and continual CPD. Members of staff work collaboratively at the school, they are determined to continue to build on their recent success and provide a positive experience for their students.

The successful Geography Teacher will be:
Up to date on the Geography National Curriculum up to KS3 and KS4.
A committed teacher, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
Able to make effective assessments to plan for the next step in the pupils' development.
Creative in the planning and delivery of their lessons.
A good communicator who can build relationships with all pupils.
