Graduate Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Hammersmith and Fulham
Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a secondary school located in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, seeking enthusiastic graduates eager to start their careers as Teaching Assistants. This position begins in September 2024, with a strong possibility of extension.
This distinguished school in Hammersmith and Fulham is looking for Teaching Assistants to support both teachers and students within the classroom environment. The ideal candidate should be a recent graduate with excellent communication skills, dedication, strong role-modeling abilities, and a passion for fostering positive relationships with students.
Responsibilities of the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:
- Assist the class teacher and students during lessons, one-on-one sessions, and intervention groups.
- Collaborate with various departments to support student learning.
- Engage with lessons for all year groups, including Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. A willingness to work with Key Stage 5 is a plus but not required.
Qualifications Required for the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:
- A degree qualification
- Good GCSE grades
- Availability to work from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
