Are you be keen to work with pupils and utilise a Psychology, English, Maths or Science degree within a specific department?

Tradewind are working alongside an inclusive Secondary school in Hertford offering School Direct or Teach First programmes and ongoing CPD!

** Graduate Teaching Assistants required for October 2020 and January 2021 posts in English, Maths and Science departments in this Good Hertford based school.
** Pay rates of £75 - £85 p/day based on school experience.
** Open to all graduates with a 2:1 or above and strong A-Levels/GCSE's
** Excellent experience for those considering teaching - Could lead to a teacher training offer

Located in St Albans for over 6 years Tradewind work with a range of Academies, schools and trusts across Hertfordshire, Essex and North London. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you'll be responsible for assisting small groups of pupils, working with individual pupils on a 1-2-1 basis and leading lesson's to create a positive learning environment. Ongoing CPD is available through Tradewind and our forward thinking schools who also offer either a salaried or non-salaried School Centred Initial Teacher Training programme. The experience gained at these schools will help support anyone considering teaching or a career in education going forward!

*The successful graduates will not only need a strong academic background but also an engaging and personable personality. You will also need to demonstrate a passion for your chosen subject or degree specialism.
