The role will involve working within the Y4 classroom supporting children with learning needs. You will be expected to undertake general class teaching assistant duties and small intervention groups. The headteacher is looking for graduate who are serious about their career in education and is keen to make an impact in children's lives. The school offer lots of training to their teaching assistants and they develop throughout the school year.

The head teacher is looking for a Year 3 Teaching Assistant who:

*Has a good academic background, ideally you will be degree educated
*Has previous experience in a school based teaching assistant role
*Has an engaging, confident approach
*Able to build positive relationships with pupils, parent and staff
