Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) duties:

Learning:

Assist the teacher with preparation of work. At times and as you grow in to the role you may be asked to deliver this work in the absence of a Teacher.

Deliver whole class, group and 1:1 lessons, Schemes of Learning and Schemes of Work for either KS1 and KS2 learners.

Mark, assess and report on all students in line with school policies.

Monitor student progress and give pupils specific feedback that will help students to reach their full potential

Implement differentiated work to allow accessibility and challenge for all students

Implement and support all school policies

Provide work for students during short term absence

Be responsible for classroom displays and teaching resources

Reasonable duties directed by the Teachers & Leadership Team

Additionally:

Participate in appropriate meetings and liaise with colleagues over any issues.
Proactively support the ethos of our client school
Engage with parents to support students experiences

To join us and be successful in this Supply Teacher role you will need to:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
