Tradewind Recruitment is working with a SEND School in Liverpool who support children with the following needs:

- Severe Learning Difficulties

- Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties

- Complex ASD

The school is looking for a number of HLTA's who are keen to work with children with special educational needs.

Our client school caters for 250 pupils, aged between 2-11 years old. It is based across 2 sites and supports children from the Liverpool City Region.

Responsibilities:

• Learning intervention activities with individuals or small groups.
• PPA and Cover Supervision
• Supporting subject or aspect leaders to develop provision across the school.
• Line manage identified LSA apprentices

Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of severe learning difficulties and early childhood development.
• HLTA Qualification (or ECT)
• DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
