As a HLTA at this school, you will work with and support other TA's and work across a range of year groups so a confident HLTA who is able to develop people is essential.

The HLTA must:
***Hold the Level HLTA qualification or have experience working as a HLTA
***Have recent experience working as a TA/LSA
***Have energy, commitment, and creativity
***Be able to engage well with colleagues, children, and their parents
***Have a positive attitude
****Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2021/22
