The Role - HR Manager - Harrow, West London:
*This is a strategic post within the school encompassing all aspects of Human Resources management including HR process management, HR policy compliance, recruitment, HR supplier contract management and employee support.
*This post would see you managing one HR Assistant and you would be reporting directly to the Assistant Headteacher.
*This position requires a high level of professionalism, organisation, problem solving skills and passion for the profession.
*A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, CIPD associate membership and payroll experience are essential to this role.
*Applicants with experience within an educational setting, preferable a Secondary setting, will receive favourable consideration.
