**About the role**
This role has been created in school to look to close the attainment gap created by lockdown. The school would want this new Teacher to work alongside the KS2 Team and Phase Leader to provide Interventions to certain groups of students and help them close any attainment gaps that have formed. The school have spent a lot of time and effort over the first part of this year to understand the students gaps and now have a lot of data that has formed their decision to bring in this additional teacher.
