The current Head Teacher joined the school 2 years ago and since her appointment, the school has seen rapid and positive changed, recently being graded 'Good' by OFSTED. The school is in a good place with a strong leadership staff in place and a low staff turnover. The school is looking for an excellent member of staff to join their team for the Key Stage 1 phase leader post, who can join the school and make an impact and a difference. The school has a diverse intake of pupils from a range of backgrounds. Behaviour across the school is generally good and students enjoy their time at school.

About the Role - Key Stage 1 Phase Leader - Harrow, North London

• The school is looking for an exceptional Key Stage 1 Teacher in the first instance who could hit the ground running. The teacher must be a Good or Outstanding class teacher and an excellent example to other teachers.
• Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience teaching across Year 1 and Year 2, perhaps lower Key Stage 2.
• The joining phase leader will need to be willing to share their knowledge and skills with their colleagues and willing to support any new teachers, experienced or not, who join the staffing team in future.
• The school offers excellent CPD and is committed to ongoing professional development in to SLT roles.
