Our client school does not think their teachers need to read scripts and have their teaching style micromanaged by 'to the word' plans. They are looking to employ a teacher with Key Stage 2 experience with these qualities:

SANZA is looking for a versatile teacher to work across this Outstanding school but more KS2 emphasis. This may include some interventions with smaller groups, taking a lower ability year 5 maths set or taking other classes to allow the class teacher to do some targeted intervention work. Obviously SANZA will need someone of a high standard.
