Tradewind are supporting a "Good with Outstanding elements" 2 form Catholic School in Hatfield with their vacancy for a full-time year 5 teacher from Easter until the end of the academic year covering maternity leave.

As a Catholic School Christ is at the centre of all that they do. The belief is that all are loved by God underpins their our educational mission and ethos.

The school is seeking a teacher who is respectful of their Catholic ethos although do not have to necessarily be Catholic. NQTS and experienced teachers are considered.

You will be required to plan for the year 5 class, however as a 2 form entry school there is the opportunity to co-plan and many plans will be left by the teacher going on maternity leave. Some adaption will be required. The Leadership team are also very supportive and you will have a Deputy on hand to assist.

The school is based in Hatfield and has very easy access to the M25 with a large school car park. Alternatively a 30 minute walk from the main train station and also directly opposite a bus stop with excellent bus links.

This is a fixed term maternity contract with the salary on offer ranging between MPS1 and MPS6.

The essentials
Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
* This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
