About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant at our welcoming primary school in Reddish, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide essential support to an SEND child within the Year 4 class. Requirements:
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant, particularly working with children with special educational needs
- Enthusiastic and dedicated personality, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Strong behaviour management skills to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
