About the School - Lead Practitioner Science - Croydon, South East London

Located in the heart of the bustling borough of Croydon, this aspirational mixed secondary school is seeking a driven Lead Practitioner in Science to join their school on a permanent basis for either Easter or September 2020. The school has been on a recent journey to improvement through a strong new change of leadership, and they are now seeking a proactive Science teacher who shares the belief that every student should be given access to high quality teaching. About the Role - Lead Practitioner Science - Croydon, South East London

QTS achieved in Secondary Science
You will be an experienced and "outstanding" Science teacher who is looking to take on further responsibility within a school setting
Ability to differentiate and challenge all pupils to ensure excellent progress across key stages
Desire to develop other teachers within the school to achieve excellent teaching practice
Ability to uphold "Outstanding" behaviour management
Understanding of KS3 and KS4 teaching
Excellent subject knowledge within Science
