Learning Support Assistant

Do you have experience working with children with additional needs? Would you like to secure a full-time position in a local primary school when they return?

Tradewind is currently seeking LSA's to work within Primary Schools in Luton on a full-time and long-term basis.

• Primary Schools across Luton and Bedfordshire.
• Long term roles paid between £70 and £80 per day.
• Opportunities to progress onto teacher training.
• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and work with small groups.

Several schools Tradewind supports will require new members of staff when they return to work pupils who have additional needs. You will need to be confident and able to help pupils across the curriculum. If you meet the following criteria, please send your CV by applying below.

What we are looking for (Criteria):

• Degree Qualified or completed relevant qualifications to the education sector.
• Experience working with children - Min 3 months in the last 2 years (does not need to be school based).
• SEN knowledge and able to identify different needs.
• Desire to gain in-class experience from a range of excellent teachers.
• Strong, confident personality that will inspire students.
• Keen to get involved with all aspects of school life including extracurricular activities.
• Available on a full-time basis as soon as School re-open.
