Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Part Time (3 day per week)

Job Description:
Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a part-time position to support Early Years at a mainstream primary school in Billinge, St. Helens. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and make a positive impact on the education of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to teachers and students in the Early Years setting.
- Assist with the implementation of tailored educational plans.
- Help create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
- Support the development of students' social and emotional skills.
- Work closely with the teaching staff to ensure the progress and well-being of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to foster a supportive educational community.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working in a school environment, particularly with Early Years children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and a passion for working with young children.
- An understanding of the UK curriculum and educational standards.
- A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time role with specific working hours to be discussed during the interview process.
