As a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role across both Key Stages, using your expertise to guide students toward their learning goals. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with teachers to create engaging lesson resources.
• Supporting whole-class activities to ensure all students achieve their learning objectives.
• Conducting targeted interventions in small groups and one-on-one sessions.
• Providing valuable feedback to teachers on student progress.
• Assisting during enriching extra-curricular activities.
