A fantastic school in Birmingham are looking for a Maths Teacher. The school is for pupils across all key stages that have Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). The post requires an experienced individual who can work as part of a team, deliver an engaging curriculum and who is child centred in their approach.

Applicants will enjoy support and guidance and a very friendly team, who work together and aim towards the best possible educational experience for their students. The school have a great ethos and go over and beyond to support their pupils to gain the right skills, experience and knowledge to move on to further education or to start the world of employment.

The post is 5 days a week, September start on a long-term basis (asap start available too with online tutoring), with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. The post is very rewarding and is ideal for teachers who have SEND experience or teaching pupils with behavioural difficulties. The school have a strong track record in proving the right support, training and guidance for their staff to be equipped for the right tools to be the best possible teacher they can be.
The successful Teacher will need:

* UK QTS
* To be conscientious and enthusiastic and positive
* To have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* Restraint Training i.e. Team Teach, MAPA, PRICE etc (Desirable)
* To have a flexible approach to teaching
