* QTS achieved or expected to be achieved prior to January in Secondary Maths

* Ability to differentiate and challenge all pupils, regardless of starting points

* Strong behaviour management and high expectations of all students

* Understanding of GCSE teaching

* Excellent subject knowledge within Maths teaching
