About the School - Music Teacher
Based in Rickmansworth this popular and over subscribed school are looking to increase their music team by 2x teachers / specialists. Replacing 1x resignation and 1x long term, planned sick cover (operation). Popularity for this subject has continued to increase over the past 2 years and the Music team is currently 3 strong with scope for expansion as the intake of KS4 Pupils increases year on year. Teaching staff are well respected by pupils and behaviour is good, the school's offers a simple and effective behaviour policy fully backed by the SLT. We are looking to appoint Music Teachers who can deliver Music across key stages 3 and 4. With Key stage 5 options increasing in popularity there is also the scope, long term, for Music technology if desired and the opportunity to develop the department.
- ECT or Qualified Teacher Status or an Instructor / unqualified teacher with experience of teaching Music
