Tradewind Recruitment are working with a primary school in Doncaster that is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work with them from September 2020. The successful Teaching Assistant will be required to working on a one to one basis, small group and whole class basis within KS2, with a paticular focus on Y5/6. The role will be for two days a week. It will be for one academic year initially, with the potential to extend. The salary will be £13,450-14,800.

The role is in a friendly primary school based in North Sheffield. They want to create an environment in which children are exciting by their learning and want to come to school. They bring ;earning to life through experiences. trips and visitors. They have a great reputation within the local community and a welcoming staff team.

The successful teaching assistant will be required to support the class teacher in delivering the KS2 National Curriculum across all subject areas, in addition to providing targeted support for individuals and small groups. There will be a focus on helping students prepare for the KS2 SATS as part of the role.

Essential requirements:
KS2 experience, SATS experience desirable, Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant experience, DBS
