Roles and Responsibilities:
Classroom Support:
- Assist the photography teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their creativity and technical skills.
Equipment Management:
- Oversee the organisation and maintenance of photography equipment.
- Ensure a safe and efficient environment for practical sessions.
Student Guidance:
- Offer guidance on photography techniques, composition, and editing.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, encouraging their artistic development.
Assessment Assistance:
- Support in the assessment of student work, helping to evaluate progress.
- Collaborate with the teacher in preparing materials for examinations and projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a photography-related role or educational setting.
- Passion for photography and a good understanding of technical aspects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to students.
- Organisational skills to manage equipment and resources effectively.
