*Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a Secondary school in North West London who is recruiting for a Physics teacher to join in September 2019 or sooner.
*This Secondary School in Barnet is a diverse and vibrant community with over 1500 students and 200 staff.
*The school is a "Good" Ofsted school and received this recently, after going through a journey to achieve this result. The school do not expect Ofsted again for a few more years.
*The school is looking for a Science teacher who is able to teach general science as well as Physics to KS5.
*The Science department is a large department of 15 teachers including a Head of Department, who is also Deputy Head, and a Lead practitioner.


About the Role - Physics Teacher - Barnet, North London
*This Secondary school is looking for either a Newly Qualified Science Teacher or Science teacher who has experience.
*The ideal teacher will be a Physics specialist as the school require a teacher to teach Physics to KS5.
*For NQTs the school will offer an excellent induction programme tailored to the individual teacher's needs. The teacher will receive PPA and NQT time too.
*For an experienced Science teacher / Physics teacher the school can consider a TLR, this is dependant on the skills and experience of the individual teacher.
*The successful teacher will need to have strong classroom and behaviour management with a proven track record.
*You will be joining a supportive Science department with great staff retention. The Science team at the school is growing with more students studying year on year.
