Are you an experienced Primary teacher looking for a PPA/Intervention role in a three-form entry school in Tower Hamlets?

Do you have the confidence and skill set to cover classes in Year 3 and 4 and on occasion take groups for intervention in literacy and numeracy? Have you successfully covered PPA/Intervention at a London Primary School? If so, Tradewind Recruitment wants to hear from you!

A competitive salary of between MPS2 £33658 - MPS4 £36866 is being offered, dependant on experience.

This three-form entry, Primary School has at its heart British values which promotes high self-esteem,

Ideal Candidate:

As the successful PPA/Intervention teacher, you will have had at least three years of teaching experience, ideally in Y3/4 or as a long-term PPA/intervention teacher.

Although all the work will be set by respective teachers, you will be expected to participate in school life and be a committed and flexible member of staff.

Your responsibilities will include working with the current staff to provide PPA/intervention support across the entire primary setting.

You will be joining a happy and committed team of teachers, who follow the progressive and creative ethos of the school.

Good spoken English and great interpersonal skills are a must.

Job Requirements

Hold QTS status or equivalent Teaching qualification
Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
Recent Primary teaching experience preferably in the UK
