Located in Watford this exceptional Primary School is looking to appoint one or two Primary NQT's as soon as possible to start next September due to its expansion from a 2-form to 3-form entry school. The school has an inclusive ethos that ensures every child can reach their full potential and none are left behind. Behaviour at the school is good and children enjoy learning! This is not to say that the school does not have challenges to overcome as there are higher than average numbers of students entitled to free school meals, has English as their second language and the impact of the pandemic all means that staff must work hard to achieve their goal.

To be considered for this Primary NQT role you will need to meet the following criteria:
***Have achieved or expect to achieve UK QTS in a primary setting.
***The passion and desire to join a fast paced, ambitious school that is fully dedicated to seeing each child achieve their full potential!
***Have developed the basic skills of teaching: planning, assessment, delivery, behaviour management.
***Open to being developed into an outstanding teacher.
